The space is exactly what you see in the photos very nice and clean. We communicated with Jane, she was very warm and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The place was amazing!

The place was amazing! Sheldon met us as we pulled in to show as around. Everything was clean and new. Great laundry facilities (was super important to us because we hiked every day) and the sunset views were awesome. He even had the basics stocked in the fridge. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful week in the 2 bedroom apartment. Space is super clean, new with lots of ultra-modern gadgets. Swimming pool and rooftop terrace are very nice!
Around you hear. A car is necessary for beach, restaurants, shopping and island discovery.
Sheldon and Jane respond quickly to all questions!

Views are incredible

The villa was beautiful inside and out. Place was spotless. Sheldon & Jane were super friendly and responsive whenever I had questions. Highly recommend renting a car during your stay, just be very careful with the hills on the island :)

Greatly enjoyed our week

Great space with a view of the harbor and sunsets at night. Small pool for a refreshing dip after a busy day. Walked to the marina, with a path to get off the hill to find a grocery store and a few restaurants. A 30 minute walk to town (along the marina) was great (biggest challenge was the walk up the hill to the condo on the return). The condo is well maintained, and the bonus of a washer/dryer was useful after a day at the beach. Greatly enjoyed our week in this location.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Communication was smooth from booking through checkout, and the host was responsive and accommodating. The location was convenient and made everything easy. They offer all the accommodations you could ask for in a Caribbean stay — from the fully equipped kitchen to the beautifully maintained rooms and clean, comfortable bathrooms. Great Place to Stay!!

This was a great stay for our family and Sheldon couldn’t have been a nicer host. We loved the covered outdoor area and the sweeping views, the pool was great for relaxing and just big enough to take a dip and stay cool. We couldn’t enjoy Grenada’s beaches on this trip bc of an injury so we felt lucky there was only one other family there during our stay sharing the pool, with more it might feel kind of awkward. That said, this location would be ideal for a group to rent together or a perfect home base if you plan to head to the many beautiful beaches instead of lounging poolside! We had a rental car and can’t quite imagine staying here without one. The finishes inside and out are really well-planned and it’s beautifully equipped with a full set of pots and pans, plush towels and the water chiller was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend to friends

Incredible stay!

We had an incredible stay at Sheldon’s property! The apartment was spacious, secure, and beautifully decorated. The sunrise and sunset views were stunning from the many balconies. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Amazing stay here

The communication of the host from the day we booked were immaculate . A plethora of recommendations were sent and when I had even a question about something I wanted to do it was answered. Ive never had a host give me a tour of the house from top to bottom upon arrival. We felt completely safe the entire stay . The showers are amazing and so many good rooms to take pictures if you’re a photographic person . The views are definitely A1 at this stay.

Amazing stay here

I stayed here to celebrate my birthday with friends and the villa was absolutely beautifully designed and furnished - even better than the photos. Sheldon was proactive, friendly, and always available for any questions. We had an amazing stay. 100% recommend and would happily book again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment "Star Apple". From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how immaculately clean and welcoming the space was. Every detail felt intentional—the furnishings are tastefully chosen, and the lighting gives the entire apartment a warm, elegant ambiance.
Though it’s a one-bedroom, it is fully equipped with modern conveniences—smart TV with streaming apps, fast Wi-Fi, a dish washer, a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a coffee machine, glass kettle, digital mirror, air conditioning, and even a rainfall shower that feels straight out of a boutique hotel.
The overall experience was one of comfort and quiet luxury—perfect for a romantic getaway or simply for anyone who enjoys stylish surroundings. The gold embellishments in the deco and even the gold and black cutlery represents the brand Golden Pear perfectly.
I would absolutely recommend this stay for anyone who appreciates both elegance and convenience.

Enjoyed our time!

The apartments were so much more than we could have ever expected. We had to move out of our orignal accommodation due to an issue with the local utility company which caused us to have no water. In our hour of need, Sheldon was amazing. He immediatley assisted us and made our move to his apartments seemless. Even though there was still some construction works being carried out which Sheldon advised of us, it didn't impact us. The apartments were super modern, extremely clean and everything was too such a high standard. This was would my first choice of accommodation for any further visits to the Island.

My friends and I had an incredible stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom vacation rental! The home was spotless, stylish, and full of thoughtful touches. The pool area was absolutely perfect—private, peaceful, and complete with a lovely outdoor grill and bar setup that made it easy to relax and entertain.
Inside, the bedding was super comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance and tool we could possibly need. The tech features throughout the home were a nice bonus, making everything feel modern and convenient. From start to finish, Sheldon and Jane were amazing—friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I plan to return with family!!

As in other reviews, Sheldon is infinitely helpful, you are in safe hands. A top end property, finished to an incredibly high standard! No expense has been spared!. Noting the location I recommend a car to optimise on your ability to visit local beaches and markets. This property offers you the luxury of a 5 star resort with the flexibility to self cater. My children ages 5 and 4 loved the pool!

Amazing!...

The drive from the airport is a cool 25 mins on the main road. The incline up to the property is a bit steep and I would recommend an AWD or 4WD vehicle, although we had a front wheel drive Suzuki and we made it up no prob. The property itself is stunning! There are a total of 3 private units, my family and I rented the 2 bed 2 bath unit.The front door had an electronic keypad and the code was given to us ahead of time. Everything in the unit was brand new, the flooring was all luxury vinyl plank, high ceilings with led lights. The kitchen had marble counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. There were touch pad light switches and ceiling fans in all rooms. Bathrooms had floor to ceiling tiles and large walk in showers. The hosts were extremely thoughtful and provided everything we needed including washing products, beach towels, etc. There is also an amazing shared pool in the rear of the property complete with a bar and a grill. Sheldon is an excellent host. Highly recommend!

Great Host!

Golden pear is a hidden gem in Grenada. This is the first time I've stayed at an air bnb and trust me this has set the bar extremely high. The photos did not lie but seeing it for ur self is so breathtaking. From enjoying the juicy watermelon to having a very friendly host who was able to share breakfast spots with us was everything a group of girls can ask for. All in all my friends and I truely enjoyed our stay at Golden Pear and we can't wait to visit again. Sheldon is an amazing host.

Sheldon's place, Golden Pear Villa surpassed expectations! The villa was impeccable as it relates to cleanliness, aesthetics, amenities and overall ambience. It was absolutely amazing how the host paid close attention to detail. The decorations, appliances and furniture added a very classy touch. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything one would need for a short vacation and the welcome amenities were on point. It is a partially smart-powered villa which enhanced the relaxation and ease of the experience. The pool and the area around were also exceptional, outfitted with a bar, bbq grill, speakers, comfortable pool furniture on two levels, pool inflatables, vanity/changing room next to pool with towels and outside shower. The area that the villa is located in, is one minute from beaches, supermarkets, convenience stores, gas station, bakery. I highly recommend Sheldon's place.

Great Experience!

We actually found this property at the spare of the moment because the original location we were staying at was not as described. The host was very responsive and able to accommodate us. He was also most helpful and friendly. When we arrived to the property, it far exceeded our expectations. The place was very clean and beautiful. This was like a home away from home, as it included everything, even down to the subtle things you wouldn’t normally expect. This location is definitely what made the trip most enjoyable! If/when I come back to Grenada, without a doubt, this is where I will be staying.

Sheldon is a Super Host! Very accommodating and patient. He made excellent suggestions for our transportation etc. around the island. He was very kind and I appreciated his quick responses. He went above and beyond with a warm welcome and thoughtful snacks for our arrival. The house is Exquisite!! Absolutely STUNNING and modern details. I so admire the amount of time and dedication he put into the villa. My family and I enjoyed our time beyond words. Awesome experience!
